Türk Hematoloji Derneği, 2008-2009'da uygulamaya koyduğu Türk Hematoloji Okulu Programı ile YDUS'u kazanan hematoloji araştırma görevlilerine temel hematoloji eğitimi vermektedir. İlk mezunlarını 2011 yılında veren Türk Hematoloji Okulu'nun üç yıllık yeni dönemi yeni toplantılarla devam etmektedir.
Türk Hematoloji Okulu'nun yeni döneminin beşinci kursu “Kronik Miyeloproliferatif Neoplazmlar” EHA ortaklığıyla Trabzon’da 13-14 Nisan 2013 tarihlerinde 6 konuşmacı ve 48 Türk Hematoloji Okulu öğrencisinin katılımı ile başarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplantı EHA ve TTB tarafından kredilenmiştir.
